FELIX Terms

Operator and contact

FELIX is operated by Killian Dujardin, an individual and founder of the FELIX ORIGIN project. FELIX ORIGIN is a project and trade name; it is not an incorporated company. Killian Dujardin is the publication director and data controller.

The operator publication-status details remain under review. This open review does not change the named operator, contact route or hosting information published here.

Contact, support, rights requests, appeals and notices: hello@felixorigin.com, a mailbox monitored by Killian Dujardin. Hosting provider: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, phone +1 559 288 7060.

FELIX is independent and unofficial. It is not operated, approved or supported by Felix Lee, Stray Kids, JYP Entertainment or ONE LABEL.

Service, countries and age

FELIX provides profiles, posts, replies, reactions, follows, communities and notifications alongside Today, Search and Library. Signup is available according to the country or region group selected during registration. This declaration is not verified proof of residence. Direct messages are disabled.

Launch thresholds are 15 in France, 14 in South Korea, 13 in the United States, 16 in other EEA countries and 18 elsewhere. Below the applicable threshold, no account is created and public reading remains available. Eligible people under 18 receive a hidden reader-only account and cannot use social interactions. From 18, social participation is available under these Terms and the Community Guidelines. FELIX does not collect parental consent. Birth date is evaluated transiently and is not stored as an account attribute.

Accounts, content and safety

Use an email address you control, protect your credentials and choose a non-misleading public identity. Do not publish a home, school, private contact details or precise current or future location.

You keep the rights you hold in your content and grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, formatting, displaying and distributing it as needed to operate and secure FELIX. You must hold the rights needed for media you publish.

Content from YouTube

Some official updates on FELIX may come from YouTube through the YouTube API Services: the title, date and link of a video that an official channel published. FELIX links to the video on YouTube; it does not play or host it. By using the parts of FELIX that show this content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Moderation, appeals and availability

Reporting and blocking are available. FELIX may limit, hide or remove content, or restrict an account, to apply its rules, protect people or meet a legal obligation. Unless prohibited or unsafe, the affected person receives the available reason and appeal route.

Killian Dujardin is the sole operator and moderator at launch. No 24/7 human coverage or fixed response time is promised. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services. FELIX may activate emergency hold, limited mode or read-only mode according to an incident's severity.

Data, account closure and governing law

Account export and erasure tools are available in the account. Active social content and relationships are removed as described in the Privacy Notice; limited evidence may be retained for safety, an appeal or a legal obligation.

French law applies without removing mandatory rights available where a person lives. Nothing here unlawfully limits access to a court, regulator or consumer remedy. Qualified external review remains open and recommended; FELIX does not present these Terms as legally certified.
