FELIX is independent and unofficial. These rules protect Felix Lee, community members, creators, fanbase staff, moderators and readers. They apply across profiles, handles, communities, follows, posts, replies, translations, images and links. Community rules cannot weaken these rules.

Prohibited content and conduct

Doxxing or sharing contact information, homes, schools, workplaces, hotels or private addresses.
Sharing real-time or future private locations, travel, flights, vehicles or security routes, or bypassing access controls.
Stalking, surveillance or attempts to reach or follow someone physically.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, sexual harassment or abusive sexualization.
Grooming, child sexual exploitation, secret contact or requests for private images or data.
Impersonation, fake official accounts, misleading verification or false affiliation.
Deceptive deepfakes, cloned voices or fabricated private communications.
Sharing private, leaked, paid or access-controlled content, including FANS or Bubble captures.
Copyright, trademark or image-right abuse, or repeated takedown circumvention.
Brigading, raids, coordinated mass reports or contact, or quote-dogpiles.
Fraud, phishing, unsafe fundraising or unverified charity links.
Bots, follow or reaction spam, engagement pods, vote or stream manipulation, or artificial metrics.
Hate, incitement, illegal goods or instructions that create credible harm.

Calling something a rumour, satire, translation, link or screenshot does not exempt private or safety information.

Reporting and current limits

To make an ordinary report, open a profile, post or reply and choose Report. You need to sign in with an eligible profile. Include only the context needed for review. This page does not submit a report, and no response time is guaranteed.

Urgent safety intake is unavailable. Do not wait for a response here. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Read the Safety center for the current reporting limits.
